These are looking and tasting fantastic!! Hollywood recipe, so easy to follow.

Mary Berry recipe, but honestly could do with a little extra choccy taste, next time will substitute cocoa powder for some flour.

Lovely, pretty cakes taking them to work tomorrow! Icing topping with freeze dried raspberries, new topping.

Always go down well, but I wish I could get them to rise evenly…..I don’t twist the cutter, but still lopsided. Don’t know why they look a little yellow, they were a normal colour!!
